This website is operated by Kiseki’s Goodies, a Japan-based online store. Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kiseki’s Goodies. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read these Terms carefully. We aim to provide clear, accurate and helpful product descriptions, images, specifications and availability information. Actual colours, appearance, packaging or minor product details may vary because of screen settings, supplier updates or manufacturer changes. Any material differences will be addressed in accordance with applicable consumer rights. Please review the relevant product information, including age suitability, dimensions, materials, care guidance and safety instructions, before purchasing or using a product. Manufacturer instructions and warnings should be followed where applicable.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are offered subject to availability. Because we work with independent suppliers and fulfilment partners, stock levels and available variations may change. We may discontinue products or update product information when reasonably necessary. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you about the available options, including an appropriate refund where required.
4. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, materially incorrect order information or suspected fraudulent activity. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted for fulfilment. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method. Please check your order details carefully before completing checkout.
5. PRICES, CURRENCIES AND PAYMENTS
Product prices may vary by destination, currency, market or applicable promotion. The amount payable for your order will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Prices and promotions may change for future orders, but changes will not be applied retrospectively to an accepted order without your agreement. Payments are processed using the payment methods offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
6. TAXES, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout where supported. International shipments may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges. 7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping availability, charges and delivery timeframes depend on the product, destination and fulfilment location. Our standard delivery timeframes are 4–7 business days for Japan and 4–12 business days for the United States, United Kingdom and Canada, including normal order processing and transit. These timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders meeting the applicable minimum order value, generally equivalent to US$100 under our standard shipping arrangements. Certain products may qualify for free shipping without a minimum order value. The shipping options and charges displayed at checkout apply to the order. 8. FULFILMENT AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS
We work with independent suppliers and fulfilment partners, and products may be shipped from domestic or international locations. Orders containing multiple products may be dispatched separately and delivered on different dates. Tracking information will be provided when available. We remain responsible for handling customer service enquiries and resolving order issues in accordance with applicable law.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We accept eligible standard return requests within 14 days of delivery. Customers are generally responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless applicable law or our instructions provide otherwise. We do not currently offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind requests. UK and European Union customers may have additional statutory cancellation rights, including a further period to send goods back after notifying us of cancellation. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. 10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform supporting our website and checkout. Purchases made through Kiseki’s Goodies are transactions between the customer and Kiseki’s Goodies. Shopify provides the ecommerce technology and is not the seller of our products.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content owned or created by Kiseki’s Goodies, including original text, graphics and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Such content may not be reproduced or used commercially without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party product images, trademarks, brand names and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content to our store, you confirm that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
